The quote form
What you type in the form is sent to our sales team by email so we can answer you: your email address, and the company, name, phone, country, delivery place, product type, volume and message if you give them. A copy is kept on our server in case the email fails. We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records, and we do not pass them to anyone else.
The chat assistant
Your questions are sent to OpenAI to write the answer. We do not keep your IP address, only a one-way code made from it, to limit how many questions can be asked in a day. Questions and answers are kept with that code, without your name or address, so we can improve the answers.
Cookies and analytics
One cookie is essential: it remembers the language you chose. With your consent, Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are read, so we can see which pages help buyers. Without your consent it does not load. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
